this week has been bored because I just go to the school, return to my home, do my homework and that's all what I've done. but what I realy expect is the weekend because I'll get out with my friends and I'll don't be so stressed, because today I started to feel a backache and I think that is for the stress. but I don't know why I'm stressed because I haven't had too many activitys =
anyway... that's all what I have to say, today ha ha

Copacabana by Barry Manilow
*Listen to the song and complete the gaps witn the words you hear.
Her name was Lola
she was a showgirl
with yellow feather in her hair
and dress cut down to there
she wold merengue
and do the cha-cha
and while she tried to be a star
Tony always tended bar
across the crowded floor
ther worked from eight to four
they were young and they had each
other who could ask for more?
At the copa-copacabana
the hottest spot north of Havana
at the copa-copacabana
music and passion were always the
fashion at the copa
they fell in love.
His name was Rico
he wore a diamond
he was escorted to his chair
he saw Lola dancing there
and when she finished
he called her over
but Rico went a bit too far
Tony salied across the bar
and then the punches flew
and chairs were smashed in two
there was blood and a single gunshot
but just who shot who?
At the copa-copacabana
the hottest spot north of Havana
at the copa-copacabana
music and passion were always
the fashion at the copa
she lost her love.
Her name is Lola
she was a showgirl
but that was thirty years ago
when they used to have a show
now it's a disco, but not for Lola
still in the dress she used to wear
faded feathers in her hair
she sits ther so refined
and drinks herself half blind
she lost her youth and her Tony
now she lost her mind.
At the copa-copacabana
the hottest spot north of Havana
at the copa-copacabana
music and passion were always
the fashion at the copa
don't fall in love.

about the blog
I like the blog! I think that is a good idea to learn better this language. Also, is a good form to interactive with other people, in this case with our class companion.
I've been never had my own blog because I thought that it realy difficult to use, but now I can see that it isn't.
Well that's all what I wanted to say about the blog.
About the requirements I think that it was:
* We have to comment in other blogs at least 2 times on a week
* Every activity has to be labeled
* When we do an activity in the SAC we have to do a post with the name of the activity and describe it. And we have to describe if that activity was easy or difficult for us.

my expectation about this curse
I hope learn to keep a conversation with people who just speak english and, by this way, meet other people and learn about other cultures. I hope learn to pronounce the words in the correct form and be able to structure the sentences when I'll speak in english.
I would like that this curse will be fun, creative and practice because, this way, I'll learn better.
Well I think that is everithing what I hope about this course.
